Overcoming a Traumatic Childhood—Special Practices

SATURDAY, AUGUST 9

Time: 11 am – 2 pm
Teacher: Kadam Kyle
Cost: Free for members, $25 for non-members

Building on our experience identifying with our pure potential, we will explore a special Buddhist practice that can transform even the most difficult relationships—past and present. "Accepting Defeat and Offering the Victory” is a powerful technique that helps us heal past trauma, keeps us from seeking revenge, and—most importantly—protect us from further harm. We’ll take a deep dive into the mechanics of this profound technique, and spend plenty of time applying it in guided meditations.

Everyone is welcome!
