Dealing with Anxiety

Dealing with anxiety does not mean trying to make everything perfect. Nor does it mean assuaging our worry by thinking, ‘everything will be okay’ or ‘look on the bright side!’ Rather, it’s about seeing that our feelings are determined not by our external circumstances, but by how we respond to them. 

By relinquishing our efforts to control everyone and everything,  we can heal our minds. We will learn how to welcome unpleasant feelings and understand their root causes. With new insight, we can reduce and eventually eliminate our habitual anxiety. Everyone is welcome!
