Is Buddhism a Philosophy, Psychology or Religion?

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13

Time: 11 am – 2 pm

Buddhist practice offers a rich philosophical tradition aimed at practical growth and deep inquiry into the nature of reality. It also offers a sophisticated system of psychological understanding focused on inner freedom, and a way of connecting to something sacred and powerful beyond ordinary understanding—similar to many religions but different in essential ways.

Join us for an introduction to Buddhist thought and learn how to use simple techniques from all three fields to solve problems and live a happier, more inspired life. Everyone is welcome!
