A still mind is a happy, peaceful mind. Yet all day long we are bombarded with distractions, data and technological stimulation. Our mind is jammed with thoughts, and this makes it difficult to relax or work through life’s problems.

In this course, we will learn quintessential meditations that help us overcome over-thinking and over-conceptualizing. Instead of getting “stuck in our head,” we can move to the peaceful, still space in our heart. As a result, we can approach life with confidence, strength and wisdom.
