How To Be a More Focused Meditator

Often, when we carve time out to practice meditation, we are bombarded with a barrage of distractions and busy thoughts.

In this workshop, we will explore strategies designed to halt this mental busyness and learn how to cultivate a still and concentrated mind in the face of our busy lives. We will leave feeling empowered with new tools for making our meditation practice more effective, joyful, and peaceful.
