Meditations for Transforming Sleep

Since we spend a third of our life sleeping, we should make it as useful as possible for our well-being! We can transform every aspect of our lives into a meditative experience—even our sleep.

In this workshop, we will look at teachings that connect meditation and sleep. Specifically, we will employ special techniques to meditate in our deepest levels of sleep, cultivating wisdom and profound insight. With a mindful approach, we can feel rejuvenated in the morning.
