Meditation is not only an incredibly effective way to develop inner peace, it adds great meaning to our life by opening our heart. From a place of calm and stillness, we will learn simple yet powerful techniques to transform our everyday experience into one of peace and love.
This free public talk will include an explanation of how to meditate and the benefits of practice, along with two guided meditations. While aimed at adults, this class is appropriate for all ages and experience levels.
