Taking Yourself Less Seriously: A Silent Retreat

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 7

Time: 11 am – 5 pm
Teacher: Kadam Kyle Davis
Cost: Free for members, $30 for non-members

Learn to release tension, live lightly, and relax! Taking yourself less seriously is a gift. You can shush your inner critic, laugh at the ridiculous notions that bog you down and ultimately transcend ordinary egocentric, selfish minds.

In this  silent retreat we will meditate on the “holy secret” of exchanging self with others. This ancient, beloved set of teachings on developing loving-kindness frees our mind of heaviness and intensity—especially in regard to clinging to our own beliefs, views and feelings—moves us into an empowered, fearless state. Everyone is welcome!
