The Art of Saying No: Simplify, Take Back Your Life, And Thrive!

Given our limited time and energy, when we say “yes” to activities merely to please others, we say “no” to the meaningful activities that more closely align with our needs and values. Unsustainable, joyless “yeses” bog us down.
In this special, day-long course, we will explore meditations that help us say “no” in a guilt-free, life-affirming way—and create space in our life for what truly matters. We can create a simple, elegant life, with clear direction and focus. We can feel we are living our life—not one shaped by pressure and fear.
To ensure lasting change and success, the workshop will be followed by an optional 30-day meditation program that includes a support system with fellow students.
