SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 21

The holidays can be emotionally tumultuous. Our mind may feel like a ping-pong ball, bouncing between euphoria and disappointment, joy and grief, annoyance and cheer.
In this workshop, we will explore how Buddha’s teachings on compassion and cherishing others can create a steady, peaceful mind. Through these teachings, meditations and a Q&A. We’ll create a game plan for enjoying the holiday season while benefitting others. Let’s get our minds sparkly and refreshed for the festivities!
