Reliance on a spiritual guide is the foundation of the meditative journey. Just as we need to rely on experts to learn a skill like medicine, carpentry or playing piano, we need an expert to guide us in our quest for something more important—our happiness and freedom.
In this half-day workshop, we will explore what makes for a qualified spiritual guide, how to rely on these guides with wisdom and how to use them for spiritual development.
