Many who want to meditate find it difficult to sit down and experience their own thoughts and feelings—even for a minute or two.

 This class will provide practical instructions to help would-be practitioners understand and reduce the discomfort they experience while meditating. 

With the right skills and a positive attitude, anyone can establish and confidently enjoy a fruitful practice!

Everyone welcome. No need for previous meditation experience. Advance tickets are encouraged.
