Putting an End to Procrastination

A Revolution in Perspective

Teacher: Kadam Matthew Riechers
Nothing interferes more with our ability to accomplish our goals than procrastination. Even though we know what we need to do, we may still find it very difficult to get down to business and actually get it done. Why is this? What hidden motives and beliefs are interfering with our ability to act decisively to accomplish the fulfillment of our wishes? In this series we'll examine the special methods from the Buddhist tradition designed to enable us to understand our minds and our deeper motivations. By implementing this wisdom-based inner technology, we can replace our procrastination with a joyful awareness of our current opportunity. This awareness will help us to jump into the circumstances of our life with both feet, rather than waiting for a better moment to come along.
