The mind of Bodhichitta, known as “the supreme good heart,” is a special wish to make the most of our potential. With this attitude, we commit ourselves to a special life, always striving to improve ourselves in order to benefit and protect others. When we seek enlightenment—motivated by a wish to liberate others from suffering—we have developed Bodhichitta and have become a Bodhisattva. In this series, we will learn how to gradually generate the precious mind of Bodhichitta, thereby becoming a modern-day Bodhisattva.
