Continuing our series of classes based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s newly-published “How to Transform Your Life.”

If we lack confidence in ourselves and our radical potential, we will not experience real change. During this series we will look at what it actually means to change and investigate our fear of change along with our doubts about it. Through developing insight into our true nature, we naturally acquire confidence in our own potential for transformation. Combining this confidence with Buddhist spiritual practice will enable us to become the person we truly wish to be... and more!

January 8: Overcoming Our Resistance to Change
January 15: The End of Discouragement
January 22: Insecurity vs. Confidence
January 29: Joyful and Relaxed
