Monday Mornings    •    10am – 11am
DAILY PRACTICE, DAILY PEACE

So many people say that they do not have a regular daily practice, even after years of meditating. This class is designed to help us develop a daily practice by starting small and learning to enjoy the process of changing—slowly and consistently—for the better. Through developing a daily practice, we will come to know firsthand all the benefits of meditation, a peaceful heart, and a happy mind. It's a practical, ongoing experiment with being a meditator!

Monday Evenings    •    7pm – 8:30pm
ENJOYING A LIFE OF REAL FREEDOM

The mind of Bodhichitta, known as “the supreme good heart,” is a special wish to make the most of our potential. With this attitude, we commit ourselves to a special life, always striving to improve ourselves in order to benefit and protect others. When we seek enlightenment—motivated by a wish to liberate others from suffering—we have developed Bodhichitta and have become a Bodhisattva. In this series, we will learn how to gradually generate the precious mind of Bodhichitta, thereby becoming a modern-day Bodhisattva
