In these uncertain times, what can we trust? Who can protect us from the dangers and problems we face? Where is true security to be found? In this Saturday day course, Kadam Matthew will explain the practice of going for refuge, the foundation of Buddhist practice.

In this class, we will learn about Buddha, Dharma and Sangha and discover how each can protect us in special ways. In particular, through developing a correct understanding of the spiritual path, we will be able to transform our insecurity into a source of confidence and strength. During the afternoon session, Kadam Matthew will formally grant refuge to those who wish.

*Please feel free to attend the teachings without taking the refuge vow. Everyone is welcome!
