Check out the center and learn meditation basics with student teachers. Each class includes two short meditations and time for questions and discussion.

Join us for this "palate cleansing" Friday night open meditation, followed by an informal discussion over food and refreshments. Everyone is welcome! Please bring a vegetarian dish/snack or non-alcoholic beverage to share.

GATHERING DISCUSSION TOPIC: They say that the mind of gratitude increases our satisfaction, improves our relationships, even helps us sleep better! How can we make the feeling of gratitude more natural and spontaneous? What obstacles do we face in feeling gratitude?
