Gravity causes an apple to fall from a tree. It’s neither good nor bad. It’s simply the law of cause and effect. Karma is defined as a special case of the law of cause and effect. If we examine it, our understandings can provide us with the incredible freedom to change our mind in a deeply beneficial way, liberating us from unhappy states.
Investigating karma gives us the opportunity to find meaning in every one of life’s circumstances. We are fortunate that even as beginners we can gain understandings--clearly laid out for us in Buddhist teachings---that are so helpful with regard to whatever we face in our life. Please come have some fun with us as we begin to understand karma in a refreshing way that can give us much to think about, and can open up our internal landscape.
Everyone welcome!
