For beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Buddha compared the meditation on impermanence to an elephant's footprint because, just as among all animals the elephant footprint makes the deepest impression in the mud, so the meditation on impermanence makes the deepest impression on our mind.

In this series we will learn to use the meditation on impermanence to inspire and uplift the mind and to learn to live lightly, understanding deeply the futility and frustration that arises from grasping too tightly at changing circumstances.

Intellectually, we already understand this.
Join us for this three class series and learn the methods to take this understanding deeply to heart.
